100-Point Technical Score: Safety/PPE (20) + Disassembly Sequence (20) + Inspection (15) + Reassembly Fitment (30) + Housekeeping (10) + Functional Check (5). Completion time breaks ties.

Safety, Medical & Equipment Protocol

Mandatory PPE: steel-toe boots, safety goggles, and mechanical gloves. Zero live energy hazards.

Key Technical Rules & Match Guidelines

Standard marine pump/valve/motor training assembly assigned to all teams

All parts must be laid out cleanly on inspection trays without damage

Torque specs and gasket alignments inspected against official checklist

Unsafe acts or tool misuse attract immediate major score deductions
